With modern comforts blended into an old-world location, the apartment is on one of the Spanish Steps most refined streets with most of the sites within walking distance plus easy taxi and metro access.

Whether it is strolling the beautiful small streets dotted with antiques shops, designer boutiques, restaurants and cafes you might find yourself sipping an aperitif at Caffe’ Greco, taking a break Babingtons Tea Room, a Rome institution since the 1800, taking in the sights of the Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, this location is sure to please.


Exterior

A handsome small apartment building dating back to in the late 1700’s or 1800’s on a fashionable street, characteristic of the Campo Marzio area, one of Rome’s historic neighborhoods. In the same building we also offer the Donizetti Dream apartment and Corelli Charm.


Fresh and modern design in the living-dining room with a stylish sofa that opens to a sofa bed, two armchairs and a dining table. There are two large windows that overlook the street that illuminate this cheerful room.


The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences and features a sunny glass-enclosed breakfast sunroom where you can enjoy a morning espresso while planning your fun Rome adventures each day.


A small internal balcony off the hallway that leads from the front door to the living room provides a tiny bit of outdoor space with seating for two people; there are no views from this outer area as it is internal to the building.


With three bedrooms, Rossini’s Wish is ideal for families or groups of friends. All three bedrooms are quiet since the windows don't face the street.

Loved This Apartment

My family and I stayed here for a week in June and loved this apartment. The location is perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and more. There is a grocery store nearby and many wonderful restaurants to pick from. And for Americans used to Air Conditioning there are fully functional AC units in each bedroom and living room that will keep the whole family nice and cool during the summer months!

Things to See & Do

Spanish Steps (2 mins Walking)
One of the most famous piazzas in the world with the beautiful steps rising from the Barcaccia ("bad boat") fountain to the Trinita dei Monti church. Neighborhood for designer shopping and people-watching.
Trevi Fountain (10 mins Walking)
Beautiful Baroque fountain, the largest in Rome, a city of fountains. Here is where you throw 3 coins over your shoulder to ensure you will return to Rome.
Borghese Gardens (15 mins Walking)
Very large park and gardens in the heart of Rome with walking paths, fountains, ponds, architecture, restaurants and the must-visit Galleria Borghese museum. You can rent bikes and pedal cabs.
Pantheon (15 mins Walking)
Must-visit. This temple to all the gods (pan-theon in Greek) breathes history starting with its architecture from 2000 years ago. It is the only complete monument from Roman times. Built of concrete, the hemispherical roof is of one piece with its hole in the center.
Campo de' Fiori (20 mins Walking)
Large, central piazza with famous and picturesque daily open-air farmer's market, surrounded by restaurants. Famous statue of philosopher Giordano Bruno burned here for heresy. Young folks gather here in the evenings. Thick with history and in the heart of the city.
Piazza Navona (20 mins Walking)
Iconic piazza of Rome where Romans once raced their chariots. Three beautiful fountains the chief being the Fountain of the Four rivers. Enjoy street musicians and small vendors. Great place to hang out, dine and have a gelato.
St. Peter's Basilica (30 mins Walking)
One of the holiest catholic churches, the church of the Pope. It is very large and filled with inspiring and beautiful art and areas. A tour is recommended.
Vatican Museums (30 mins Walking)
The incomparable art collections of the Popes over the centuries. Unique and historically significant places such as the Sistine Chapel. Tour guide and early arrival are recommended.
